The planning, management and successful execution of programs and projects is a critical ability required for our customers to be able to meet the challenges of tomorrow. ASG has an established program / project management office (PMO) that can assist our customers with program and project execution. Our novel approach involves working with new teams to correctly plan the program or project and establish metrics and communications for execution. Our staff will guide your team to a successful delivery after program or project launch by monitoring the work in process and guiding management and project managers to make corrections required to keep the work on track. Our Project Management Incubation processes include the support of program/project set-up, leadership in the development of master and detailed schedules and establishment of effective program/project governance & staffing.
